Shipping Policy

You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your items have been shipped.

Currently we are trying to ship out within 1-3  business days (Monday through Friday).  Then it is normally 2–3-day shipping through UPS or USPS.  We CANNOT guarantee the shipping time once it gets shipped. After it gets shipped, it is officially in the hands of UPS or the USPS.  You would need to contact your local USPS office after it gets shipped out from us in order to track your shipment and or see about any delays.

We do ship through both UPS and USPS... so please make sure your address is deliverable based on that.  There are some addresses / P.O. boxes that will be different based on the shipping company and they WILL NOT deliver to those addresses.

If you put the wrong shipping address in & the order gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the order back to you.

Approximate Shipping Times for all items at this time are:

  • Cornhole Bags: 1-5 business days 
  • Cornhole Apparel: 3-10 days
  • Cornhole Boards: Approximately 1-4 weeks
  • Jerseys: Approximately 1-4 weeks depending on if they are Myjestix Jerseys or Custom Jerseys

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Before getting in touch with us via email : Info@Myjestix.com, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Info@Myjestix.com with your order number.
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

  • NOOO!!! We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Info@Myjestix.com within 3 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
